Important Notice – Clarification Statement on Counterfeit Quotations in the Name of Our Company

Recently, FAIR OAKS Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) has received multiple reports from domestic and overseas customers that certain distributors or companies from China, without our company’s authorization or certification, have illegally used our company’s name, trademarks, and related information to issue quotations for high-speed presses to overseas customers.

In order to protect our company’s rights and safeguard the interests of customers worldwide, we hereby solemnly declare as follows:

1, Our company has never signed any cooperation agreement or authorized dealership arrangement with any manufacturer in China for the sales of high-speed presses.

2, Any quotation not issued directly by our Taiwan headquarters or by our officially certified agents (About FAIR OAKS dealer list, please refer: https://www.fairoaks-press.com.tw/about.html) is counterfeit, invalid, and has no connection whatsoever with our company.

3, Our company will pursue all legal actions against any acts of counterfeiting or unauthorized use of our name and trademarks.

We remind all customers that to ensure the purchase of genuine FAIR OAKS products and to enjoy complete after-sales service and quality assurance, please make all inquiries and purchases exclusively through our official channels or our officially authorized agents.
